Delivery
All shipments will be through USPS. You will recieve a tracking number when your product ships. If you would like to make an international order, please call us (800-408-7225).
Lead times and availability
Most shipments are sent out withint 24-48 hours of the order. You will be notified as soon as possible if something is backordered.
Payment
Cal Track Reconditioning offers a secure buying process. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Your card details are secured using industry-standard SSL.
Payment will not be taken from your credit or debit card until the goods you have ordered are dispatched. If you have any issues with your payment please contact us via email.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have bought from Cal Track, simply return it in original working condition with the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or a replacement as you wish.
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing or calling us (800-408-7225) as quickly as possible. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will need to reject the shipment from USPS. |
