Our Experience

With more than 3 decades of coaching, officiating, and mentoring, you could say that Rick Foster knows a thing or two about Track and Field. Cal Track Reconditioning was started 21 years ago by Rick from a suggestion by his mentor Earl Engman. Cal Track now has 2 locations, one in California and the other in Hawaii. Rick has coached for over 32 years, he is know for his coaching at Edison, Esperanza and Newport Harbor. Rick has been the Official for the Pole Vault for 31 years working for the Southern Section CIF, working the CIF Prelims, CIF Championship, Masters, and State Meet when held in Southern California according to Dean Crowley. Rick was a Technician for both the 1984 and 1996 Olympics. Rick still sponsors many clinics, from Pole Vaulting to Discus/Shot.

At the young old age of 68, Rick says he intends keep supporting Track & Field in anyway he can!!!
